great location but needs quieter spaces

The lobby provided a spacious and beautifully decorated environment, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The front desk staff impressed me with their friendly demeanor and quick check-in process. I particularly loved the comfortable bed, making for a restful night. Breakfast offerings were delightful with warm food choices, truly a great start to the day.

I stayed with my family for a week and loved the breakfast! The lady managing it was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was doing some renovations, which we noticed. Our room felt a bit outdated compared to the newly done ones, and we might've overpaid for that, but overall it was a good experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Four Points. The breakfast featured a variety of delicious options including fresh fruit and warm pastries, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My king room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for my work needs. The hotel’s location was convenient for meetings and offered easy access to nearby shopping and dining options.

The location was ideal, just 25 minutes from Salem, allowing for convenient day trips. The breakfast was notably delicious, and the beds in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds were incredibly comfortable. On the downside, some renovations were ongoing during my stay, and while my room was clean, it hadn’t been updated like some others, which led to a feeling of being overcharged for a less appealing space. Accessing on-site laundry was a plus, but the hotel infrastructure could use some improvements for a more pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Mike at the front, very accommodating when we arrived. We had an issue with our room not being ready but still he let us leave our bags, gave us a proper nice little walk around the shops nearby

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but acceptable for the experience we had.
